-I found the secret way to survive the Surge Event without calling the elevator, among the other secrets/endings was good fun.
-I was disappointed that I could not disrespect the Clot Grinder.
-It would be great if the game could be expanded upon with more level's/gameplay.
The premise is that you have 53,000 Kcr of debt, earn 9,800 kcr/h at what seems like 1 hour (or half an hour) per shift. So you'd need approximately 5 and a half hours to pay your debt. Given that there are at least 3 other rigs, it leaves an interesting opportunity to expand on the game for players to work shifts on those other rigs, and/or locations to ultimately pay off their debt.
Simple mechanics, an eerie, dark industrious environment. Multiple Endings and SECRETS to be found! Fun back story and Dialog via the in game notes.. Great experience!
Iron Lung type vibe. Really great on the atmosphere. Laughed at the Half-Life type sfx with one of the clots. Finale wasn't as scary as it could have been, but really decent game. I enjoyed having the feeling of safety in a cage/suit.
I would rate the game a solid 10/10. If this is your first and only game, I hope you make another game eventually. I wish this was a paid product so I could support the developers!
I played the game live on my Twitch stream here! The VOD, by the time you're reading this, shouldn't be too old
Came back to try this again and successfully got that Clot Dog this time! This was still very tense and stressful despite being my second time playing it, I've never gotten this much anxiety in a game just from sound alone, than I did during the last minute before the seismic event and getting on the elevator. Those almost heartbeat like drums plus the ticking of the countdown trigger so much anxiety, it's insane, really well done. I will say though, that killing the creature was a tad underwhelming, I kinda expected it to put up more of a fight and it ended up being a bit anticlimatic for it to just... float there. Other than that, amazing game.
I really enjoy playing this game. The atmosphere was really great you did a good job making it. The game also kind of reminds me of another game called the Iron Lung with all the blood and such. Small complaint I have is that you do a lot of waiting, but when you wait I have time to look around and see all the blood and rust in the game. This was a great and well made game I give it 5/5. I hope to see you make another game. Also thank you for adding the thumbnail stuff, it help me a lot.
This was quite fun. I like that there are times when nothing happens it makes the times when something does jump out at you all the more surprising. Great atmosphere as well.
I fairly enjoyed this game and appreciate the unique concept it has, involving fixing pipes and going down the bloody water to take out the clots. The only downside I could say is that it feels quite long and a bit dragged out, but other than that, I really like this game.
This had such a good balance between task management and horror, kind of felt like a mix of influences from Iron Lung (for obvious reasons) and some of Mike Klubnika's games (specifically Carbon Steel) while also having its own original ideas. It really forces the player to be tense at all times but specially in the diving cages, doesn't matter if you have fear of diving or claustrophobia or not. Plus the audio design is great, which just makes everything even more stressful and scary. Very well done, great job dev(s)!
